The Plate Pro Extreme CNC machine which can be equipped with Plasma Cutting tools and Oxy Fuel Cutting tools is a dual side drive, AC servo, affordable gantry cutting machine designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding and cost conscious customers.
The Plate Pro Extreme CNC Plasma Cutting and Oxy Fuel Cutting Machine was designed to provide excellent thermal cutting at an affordable price. This automated dual side drive plasma/oxy fuel cutting machine is manufactured in the U.S.A and comes with a standard two year warranty. This steel cutting solution can be configured with a small 100 amp conventional plasma up to a 400 amp hi performance plasma system. The 22kg triple machined rails are floor mounted and are easy to install. The cutting length can conveniently be extended from 12′ up to 100′
Koike Aronson, Inc. can supply either water or downdraft cutting tables for use with this plasma and oxy fuel cutting system. If building your own table is something you would rather do Engineering drawing packages for cutting tables are also available
The featured controllers on this plasma cutting machine are either the PC-based KARCNCx by Koike Aronson, Inc or the Burny Phantom. Both CNC’s have integrated AC-Servo drives. Both controllers are a Microsoft windows XP operating system. The KARCNCx utilizes two microprocessors, one processor is dedicated to programming and the other is dedicated to motion, making true multi-tasking possible. The Burny Phantom is a fast and robust PC-based control with an Intel 1.5 GHz processor. These controllers are very user friendly. The operator station can be configured left handed or right handed to fit any customer requirement
Conveniently located Hi-Lo gas control with individual select torch manifolds. Gas system capacity is 4 torches at 6″ maximum material thickness
